Shipping
We endeavor to send your purchase by courier within 48 hours of your purchase being made. Parcels will be sent Monday - Friday . Once your package is sent you will receive an email containing your tracking number. (International orders may take longer to send)
New Zealand shipping time is approximately 1-5 working days depending on the area. Please remember the postman doesn't work on weekends and public holidays, but we will always get your order out to you as soon as possible.
New Zealand Shipping Fees
There are no shipping fees on orders $100 and over. *Excludes Heavy/ Bulky Items.
For orders under $100, there will be a $5 shipping fee applied to those with standard delivery address or a $9 shipping fee for Rural delivery* addresses.
To avoid delays with your shipping please ensure you select the correct shipping option at check out.
*Rural delivery - If your address is rural and the rural shipping option is not selected at checkout, we will follow up with an invoice for the additional $4 rural delivery charge. If this is not paid within 2 weeks, your order will be refunded with a 10% cancelation fee.
(Please remember it cost $10.30 to send a standard rural parcel and I charge only $9 and I cover the extra $1.30.)
With the exception of shipping promotions.
Heavy and Bulky Items have a separate shipping rate.
Some larger items that are identified as a bulky item in the product description may require a special quote for shipment/delivery. Please contact us if you would like to receive a shipment/delivery quote on a specific item.
For Bulky items such as art work there is a flat fee of $50 and for oversized items there is a flat fee of $300.
Australia Shipping Fees
For orders in Australia there is a $25 shipping fee on orders.
International Shipping Fees
For international orders outside of Australia there is a $60 shipping fees on orders $100 and over, for any orders under $100, there will be an additional $100 shipping fee applied.
