Weather Gnome

This endearing 'weather forecasting' gnome is just the man to depend on. Place him in the garden along with his tiny wooden sign and be the first to know when there's rain, sun, or snow. Humourous gnome conditions include; gnome is wet: raining, gnome is dry: not raining, shadow on ground: sunny, white on top: snowing, can't see gnome: foggy, gnome gone: tornado, white splats: watch out for birds, two gnomes: you're drunk.
